I purchased my hot tub from Florida Spa and Pool in 2017. I totally love it and enjoy it year round. I needed a couple of latches for my spa cover. Went to the store first thing this morning and they hooked me up with the latches I needed right away. Great customer service! Thank you guys.

They are extremely knowledgeable and helped me identify what I needed (and how to save some money!). I more than recommend them - Great help, Great price and Great service. Delightful Experience.

We just bought a house with an existing hot tub. I have been to this store numerous times for questions ans everyone is so helpful. Today we had to have our heater replaced ans Chris came out and had the pump replaced shortly and we did not have to drain tub. We had another company come out first and said it would take a minimum of a month to get pump and I would have to drain the tub. Florida spa is the a solute best. Sorry for the long review but you store and technicians are all top notch. Bob.thanks
