always 5 stars. we have used spa kingdom/ florida spa and pool warehouse since 2008 when we bought our first small spa. due to long time health issues I find a daily soak helps. we had owned a spa in Oregon so we're not newbies but it looking we were very impressed with the knowledge of the staff and to listening what we wanted and not a large/220 etc. they have serviced our marquee thru the years but the time came for a new one. not always easy to find a small one . both tiffiney and Isabel were great. minis take longer but had it installed yesterday by Robert, Branden, and Levi. very knowledgeable and hard workers ( had to be, to take out the old one which still worked but the siding and undercoating were a mess.) Brendan discovered a wiring problem that we hadn't notice so waiting to get that replaced before use it. Robert very patient and knowledgeable.
