I have been going to the Lecanto VA clinic for many years. I believe I have interacted with every front desk person there , Denise,Kandi, Cheryl, Patti, Tania Dena and Suzanne. Sorry if I left anybody out. They have all been friendly, funny and helpful. I have seen them remain respectful in less than desirable encounters. It is usually the unhappy who post the reviews but I think they should be commended for the work they do for us.

The customer service at the VA was outstanding, especially thanks to Patti Normyle. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and professional throughout my visit. Patti went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. It’s people like her who truly make a difference. Dr. Wachendorf has been pretty great for me. Haven't had a tough time getting appointments, medicine, or even advice. Much better than other VA facilities I've been to throughout the country.
