“Syn-OPTIC Eye Care has an excellent selection of high-end, fashion eyewear and the Optometrist is so professional, courteous, and customer service oriented. The location, very close to the intersection of A1A on Galt Ocean Mile and Oakland Park Blvd., is convenient with ample free parking. I purchased a pair of Persol glasses, with progressive lenses that transition to sunglasses when exposed to light. The lenses are as nice as the Maui Jim lenses I have in another pair of my glasses! And Persol is a really cool Italian frame manufacturer that I never would have found at Vision Works or For Eyes. It was a nice experience to deal with a local Fort Lauderdale small business, and I will be back in the future. They take vision care insurance plans and their prices were very reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.“

“After 45 years of seeing eye doctor in Fort Lauderdale; I recently moved to Parkland and decided I needed a new optometrist. With all of her 5 Star Reviews Dr. Silverstri was an easy choice to make. But I’m a skeptical person. WOW the reviews were absolutely correct. The entire staff is friendly and caring. Her assistant who conducted the machine tests was awesome. Then in walks Dr. Silvestri and she explained the tests results thoroughly and was very patient trying to find the most accurate eyeglass prescription for me. “Just had both eyes done on January 8th the lens surgery. Was apprehensive at first to do both eyes but the clinician explained the pros and cons well and I am glad I made the right choice. Extremely professional and courteous staff. Dr. Shantz is amazing at this lens surgery procedure and follow up with Dr. Thomas and clinician was very thorough. They’ve been extremely helpful with any post-op questions related to recovery. Still in recovery and going well.“
