She was extremely helpful and patient, I must of changed my mind 10 times on which shutters I was going to choose. I did accordion shutters as well as storm panels. Then came the installation which was done quick, neat and very professional. They came with 3 men as promised, and they were all great I highly recommend Roll A guard.
