We had a patio roof built on the back of our garage similar to a carport. I had about 10 different companies that came to give estimates and only one other company came close to Bay Area's bid and time to complete. If you need anything aluminum go to these guys. Harry Lufkin and his Son, are the best in the Tampa area. They did a 20x20 composite roof screened in enclosure, and a 2 car car port, both came out unbelievable. One way to know is the drainage from the roof, it’s perfect, I couldn’t be happier. Plus they are honest and fair in their pricing, best quote I got, and I doubt any of those others has the experience of this family owned business. Don’t let anyone but Bay Area do your aluminum work, you might regret it if you do.Services: Installation

I contacted them to have a screened in carport off my manufactured home.Harry was the owner that came out and gave me an estimate and told me the permits would take about eight weeks. They said maybe it would be done end of January beginning of February. My my carport is all screened in and it’s January 15. They did an excellent job they were professional to work with, and I would highly highly recommend them.
