“The front desk is appropriately staffed and calls are answered politely and handled professionally. The Doctor's assistants that stayed on from the previous practice are real gems: Danielle and Jessica. So competent and also pleasant and caring. Dr. Threw is excellent, knowledgeable and takes his time to listen; explains what needs to be done and why. Facilities are quirky but clean. There is hardly any waiting time. However for lab work the office is unable to reliably send testing orders to a lab; nor are they able to receive or send faxes so get lab orders in your hand. However they do quickly send prescription orders to my pharmacy.
I strongly recommend you go the lab's website and download a copy of your test results to review before your next appointment to prepare your questions.“
