I had a knee replacement in 2013. Recently, playing pickleball was too much for my knee. Even walking around the house too! I had limited range of motion, pain, swelling and a clicking noise I had never heard before.
I went into physical therapy knowing I would have to have surgery if it wasn't corrected. But Mina figured out what was wrong with it (which the doctor had not done) and then created a fool-proof treatment plan to correct it. After a few weeks, it was no longer making a clicking sound and was back to normal!
