Great energy & atmosphere, loved the instructor too she had a relaxing flow yet still moved our bodies to sweat it out. The sound bowls at the end was probably one of my favorite ways to end practice ❤️ I will definitely we back again soon!
Our instructor had fantastic energy and lead the class really well. The Buti session was so much fun, and a great mix of HIIT with booty shaking and primal movement. My whole body felt every part of this workout. & the playlist was fireeeee
I felt very welcomed in all the classes that I took. The small studio and calm demeanor of Lori and Rachel made it. I love both of their classes.Highly recommend for anyone that is brand new to the practice or has practiced for years at home or in a studio!
