I’ve done both yoga and massage at zen. Every service and class is great but Karoline’s massages have converted me from a once in a while client to booking consistently. She has intuition for reading your energy to determine what ailments need attention and knowing the precise style of massage to address the concerns

I highly recommend Karoline! I have a desk job and sit all day. Coupled with CrossFit 6x a week I struggle with tightness all time. Karoline works efficiently and professionally, taking time to ask questions to address specific problems. She did an excellent job zeroing in on problem spots and the overall experience was 5 star!

See Sharon for Massage! She has a great compassion for her clients and has allowed me to live a much more active life by reducing my pain and increasing my mobility. St. Augustine will "sorely" miss you! (Literally)
