Leaving Pilates ....one always feels marvelous...today I had the pleasure of seeing our ole friend, Peggy at the helm! What a difference, a breath of fresh air and excitement about a sale of Pilates clothing only Peggy can deliver. I did not totally realize how near & dear Peggy is to my entire Pilates experience.... until she was gone!! So nice to see you home again! Peggy, you are missed every day. Please come home/back!

11th Pilates class ever. 1st time with Jenna as an instructor. WOW, SHE IS AMAZING. If you want to smile, laugh, work hard and be encouraged with great positive feedback throughout your class…she is definitely your go-to. Thank you Jenna.

This Pilates studio has it all — amazing teacher’s offering a variety of classes and tons of equipment that is well-maintained. If you sign up for unlimited classes and take a minimum of 5 classes a week you end up paying about $20 per class. So worth it. If you’re in a rut, try Pilates.
