“Been coming here for 2 years without insurance. Always been $150-$200 for a quick visit. I went a few months ago, paid $150 for my 20 minute visit where I received nothing but prescription refills, left, and then magically a month later I start receiving calls for an outstanding balance. Apparently it is $450 for a simple visit now? This is clearly a result of new ownership by schweiger dermatology. I would never have accepted service for $450. I paid with a debit card. Why would you have me pay $150 up front, and then secretly bill me another $300???? Why would you let me leave, when I owed you $300? This is an embarrasment, and I will be finding a new office that doesn't have a FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLAR simple visit fee. Absolute insanity. My account is under review with the financial team, but this is INSANITY. It's like going to Mcdonalds for a happy meal, paying $8, and then you start receiving phone calls and letters telling you "haha just kidding, it's actually $400". I feel betrayed, bamboozled, befuddled, disgusted, robbed, and DECEIVED. Edit: It was a mistake on their end and they have fixed it. Pretty big mistake... Dr. P is the best. I was more upset that I wouldn't get to see her anymore, than anything.“

I have to actually travel all this way to look good again. I used another awful salon, and, it cost me more than expected. My hair wasn't cut correctly, causing an uneven look an feel.“

“I moved back to South Florida from New York last year and was in desperate need of electrolysis services (seriously, the hair was going to drive me insane). I came across Pricella while researching local providers on Google and was very impressed with her reviews even though she was not the closest option for me. I'm happy to say I made the right decision and that she is (and was for me) well worth the drive and I could not recommend her more. Her office is always immaculate, she is extremely personable and easy to talk to, and she truly took the time to understand my skin (which is very sensitive) and adjust everything to ensure I had the best possible experience. I have been going to her religiously since August (every 2-3 weeks over the past 8 months) and there has been a drastic reduction in hair and I'm so very happy with the results. At the end of every session, she does a little skincare based on your skin needs (for me, to reduce redness) which is an amazing touch and nice to have a "cool down" session after 30 minutes of electrolysis. I'm extremely sad to say I am moving out of state and will now have to embark on finding anyone even remotely close to Pricella (I'm pretty sure it's not possible), but I will absolutely come back to her when I'm in town for touch ups!“
