I had a large and fast growing growth but was unable to see a dermatologist because I was in the hospital. When I got out it was hard to get an appointment quickly with any dermatologist. I got one with Dr Saff. Along with a biopsy result , she determined I needed Mohs ASAP, immediately asked Dr Hacker, and they squeezed me in next day. Dr Hacker did a great job and the whole staff was so friendly. Dr Hacker even checked in that night to make sure all was well. This practice combines excellent proficiency, professionalism, and the most caring and friendly staff.

My first visit to Dr Hacker’s office and with Dr Saffa was a pleasure from the time I called to make the appointment until I checked out. ( not counting the freezing of my face with liquid nitrogen for pre-cancerous spots - but that’s why I went there!). I was very impressed with every staff member and with Dr Saffa. I’m very pleased that my friend recommended this office.

I have never had such a pleasant experience with any Dr. before this! Dr. Hacker and his staff are absolutely amazing and go well above and beyond to make you feel important and cared for! I had Mohs surgery on my forehead today and it was smooth from start to finish, including having the highly acclaimed Mohs specialist Dr. Hacker patiently answer my nervous questions, and skillfully do my procedure, and the plastic surgeon do my stitches. All of the nurses and front desk staff are beyond friendly and helpful. Dr. Hacker just called me himself, after office hours, just to check on me and see how I'm feeling.
