I’ve lived 11 years now in Zephyrhills and I’ve been through four different air-conditioning companies that were downright terrible. This is my second year with diamond air conditioning and each time they come out they fix everything and it’s at a fair price. Today was no exception, and the air guy would not give up until he could fix the air for us. Such lousy workman Before him caused the problem, but he finally figured it out and we now have cool air again. We didn't have AC for over 24 hours, Tyson from Dymond Heating & Cooling came to get us hooked up ASAP! He was so amazing between finding out what was wrong to having it fixed within about 20 minutes. I would definitely recommend Tyson, and Dymond Heating & Cooling for all of your AC needs. The BEST! Truly. If you're looking for a reliable, honest, and fast HVAC company, seriously go with Dymond Heating and Cooling. Angel owns the company and he is very thorough and helpful. We had a bad experience with a previous HVAC company who would not even let us know if the coil we needed to replace was in stock before we paid a large payment and said even if it was in stock, it would be at least 3 days to install (our unit was off in the middle of summer). We found Dymond and they immediately priced matched our quote, confirmed the part was in stock, and immediately grabbed the part and was at our house within hours of our initial call installing the new coil.
