The Right Place For Finding The Right Pros Near You!
This place is an asset to our area. The animals are happy and well taken care of. They have grown a lot over the years. I cannot wait to see how all the expansions work out.
I have learned so much about many different animals, some I never knew existed. I never thought I would get to feed a lemur or hear their call. I got to have fun, and help conservation efforts to save their natural environment.
I like that you can get as close as you want most enclosures. This makes it so kids who might not want to be adventurous can still see animals from their comfort zone.
I would say buy tickets in advance, but be prepared to get excited when you see others doing the up close encounters. Pack a lunch and hang out at the picnic tables.
I see people reviewing the size or the facility and the price. I think for an up close encounter with these animals is very fair.
Large zoos/facilities charge more, you cannot get as close, and the profits go to many different things to keep those places running. The animals at zoos are usually hard to see, or when you try to feed them they walk out into their encounter. The animal ambassadors at the NFL wildlife center are friendly and well socialized.
All the profits at this wildlife center are poured back into the animals and making sure they have a great life with supportive staff who care about them. Like the staff expressed in the tours- encounter prices are directly to support the animals. Many animals here are endangered. The wildlife center partners with many organizations to keep these beautiful creatures and their habitats around. It is a treat we have this gem a short drive away.
