I really cannot say enough about this place. I walk in with my Yorkie Zeus who was passing away. It was at the end of the New Year's holiday. On that friday he was doing better but by Sunday he went downhill fast. I called Monday morning and made an appointment to bring him in to end his suffering. I walked in bawling my eyes out. They brought me straight into a room. Took him back to put an iv in. Placed him in my arms and then it ended. I had such a hard time of it. They asked if I would allow them to take him to the back to pull the iv out and for me to meet around back. They brought him out to me. They gave a 2 little cards with his foot prints on them. I figured that was it but no a few weeks later I get a sympathy card from them. Started crying all over again. I would absolutely bring my animals here whoever they need care. If I ever get another dog I will be using this Vet. The cost was very affordable compared to what I seen online.
We were desperate for help with our newly adopted shelter pup and thankfully found Julie. She entered our dog into her program less than 48 hours after my call. She is very professional, knowledgeable and available. She trained all of us and tested us to be sure we could safely manage our new four legged family member.

I had a plumbing emergency, and they showed up in about 20 minutes! The plumber got right to work, fixed the problem quickly, and was very professional and friendly. I’m extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again if I ever need help!

I saw Lori for a perm! I haven’t had a perm since 1988. She took the time to explain to me what needed to be done because I’ve been using box dye forever and how a perm can react. I was nervous but she took care of me like a true professional. 10/10

Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and our DC power dropped to dead batteries. Called CSC and even though they were away from shop at an RV show they helped me troubleshoot and fix problem over phone. Amazing. Can’t say enough about how good these guys were.

The entire medical staff makes me feel at ease. Tanya has been so helpful with assisting me with various paper work and my prescriptions. Both Tammy and Amanda listen to you when you have a new ailment and each time has been spot on with helping me get better. I recently have been very sick with an assortment of joint and muscle pains to add and upon describing to Amanda she responded with the proper question and had the blood work done that day to see if my ailment was a tick bite disease. Sure enough she was spot on and I have Alpha-Gal Syndrome. Many Doctors are unaware or in denial of Alpha-Gal, but Amanda called it and I have been feeling better now that I am following the protocol for relief of Alpha-Gal. I am so grateful for the entire medical staff at Down Home Medical.

I have had the best experience with the dermatologist as Dermatology Associates. First, I called to make an appt and was able to be seen the next day. My skin evaluation was quick and everyone was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Bernhardt also took care of a plantar wart that has been bothering me for several weeks. I also have a hemangioma previous doctors have not been able to help me remove from my nose for the past 20 years. I was referred over to Mayra Zimmerman and was able to be seen the next week. The laser treatment was quick and affordable! Unlike many I’ve had before without the results I was looking for. She listened to my concerns and made a plan that gave me a lot of hope to end with great results. It’s been a few hours since my first treatment and I can already see a difference in my vessels. I am looking forward to the end result. So far I feel confident that Dermatology Associates will take care of me.

I have been looking for a dentist for several years and so happy to have found one. I have been to several dental clinic but this one is very clean and neat. I was there for my exams and couple extractions. Everyone was extremely nice and knowledgeable and made feel at ease from start to end. The Dentist was very professional and thorough with his explanations. I had a very pleasant experience at the dental clinic upstairs and would highly recommend.
