So far, our experience with Bolt Electric has been exceptional due to the expertise and professionalism of Zach. It is still too early to give a full review of our experience, but the front end (appraisal process) has been a 5-out-of-5 experience with Zach.

I had put a post up earlier that was rather harsh, because Zack came back and fixed everything promptly and politely. Kudos to Zack for his refreshingly honest description of what had happened. I would recommend this company without reservation.
