“In my most recent session with Josh, he did dry needling/trigger point therapy to address some ongoing pain I was having in both of my knees. I was unable to kneel and get on the ground to play with my daughter because the pain was so bad.

Josh took the time to explain what the dry needling therapy was, how it worked, why he thought it would work, and checked in throughout the process to ensure that I was doing OK. He explained that there would be some initial soreness. Our session was on Saturday and by the next morning I was in the gym doing squats, pain free. Kneeling is now pain-free.
