Yamis it’s not like it used to be, very unsatisfied with my hair. First of all I was quoted $250 over the phone for a bob boho style. I was told She would be doing my hair but an older lady did it. She was very ruff on my hair & head. The style was $260, I called to explain I was dissatisfied with my hair, explaining that the boho hair was falling out even showing pictures. I went back she took the same boho hair that fell out of my hairs and braided back into my hair. The braids were unraveling too. Never offered to redo my hair or discount me for next service. Rebraiding the boho style doesn’t fix my hair. She burnt the braiding hair that was coming unraveled and if you know anything about boho style the hair isn’t typically burnt on the ends also if the boho hair is coming out then clearly the style was done incorrectly. This is a $260 hairstyle. I also spend over 12.5 there. Will never go back again because I work too hard for my money to be this dissatisfied. It looks like an $50 hairstyle style. Also if you’re not going to do a persons hair don’t tell them that you are then when they get there you have an elderly person doing it. She complained about her feet & back hurting the entire time like it was my fault. She’s clearly isn’t used to doing hair or standing for a long period of time. No disrespect to her because at the end of the day I blame the owner. So many other things to be typed but it’s not even worth it. I left there with an headache & a style that didn’t even look like what I asked for and had been wearing for the last year for my braider that normally does my hair moved to Ga. I was charged for her blowing out my hair in between braiding it. I blew out my hair before I got there. I have thick natural hair so how are you charging me for something that just is. Like I said do better because no way my hair should look like a 5 year old played in it. She kept brushing off what I saying when u kept expressing to her that I DID NOT LIKE MY HAIR!

I used to be a regular customer. I will never be back. yamis neice messed my kinky twist hair style up. I paid $200 I week ago my kinky twist is falling out. My hair looks like a 80 dollar hair do. Yamis supposed to do my hair .I had a appointment for yamis to do my hair. Instead yamis had another women there at 9:00 with the same appointment as me. Had her niece play n my head. Towards the end yamis neice used a dirty comb on my hair. Do not give them your money. They will messed up your hair.

I’ve been going to Yamis for over 20 years and have never had any issues great service but I wanted micro’s they had me sit for some lady I was never seen before and I said no I don’t want her to do my hair I’ve never seen her work before she was a much older lady and I said no 2x fatio insisted that she was one of the best she came from another shop . They put my hair in a ponytail when I got home I took it out and this is the result I called her back and said it was horrible she said I could come back and she would only charge $100 I said I paid more for the hair and I paid y’all $200 I will never go back or refer anyone ever again.
