Love the ped department, they’re so sweet and so caring I’ve never had an issue. I went as a child teen then got pregnant and my doctor took over my son instead of giving my spot to a another patient and that was just amazing to me I’m so glad to be apart of Watson clinic.
I have been seeing Jean Kanidis, APRN and her team for a few years now. Check in is always easy and I usually don’t wait more than 5-7 minutes in the waiting room before being called back. Care Team Member, Myrlaine P. is always very helpful in person and through messages in the patient portal. She never leaves my questions unanswered or concerns unaddressed and is always so quick to get back to me.
Jean takes the time to listen to what is going on and is always able to help me out when my health isn’t the best. This is a great team and I highly recommend making an appointment with her.
I visited this urgent care facility last week, and the triage team was quick and friendly. I saw Dr. Giovaninna De La Cruz, who was knowledgeable and kind, and she addressed all of my concerns. I was very pleased with the care I received. Keep up the good work, everyone!
