Just made an appointment Thursday to see my doctor that I've been seeing for 15 years now probably longer ! The switchboard operators or whoever is answering the phones Really Need to be getting Surveys ! So yall can weed out the Rude ones ! It seems like Everytime i call to make my appointments I have to ask to speak to someone else because the first was so Rude or Lazy ! Lakeisha there was no reason to be so Rude & Lazy to me over the phone ! Telling me its protocol that she *Cant make me an appointment because I couldn't verify my phone number ! Seriously.. how about *Ask other details ! How about Be Kind, Have some Compassion! Im not calling to bother... read full review
Im not sure what all the negative co.ments are about and I do understand as a business owner myself, you can't make everyone happy but it is very hard for me to believe this place has any bad reviews. I am someone who avoids doctor visits at all cost if possible. Probably for the same reasons alot of us do, but my experience at Watson Clinic Ugent Care Highland exceeded my expectations. From the time I was being checked in, the front desk help were so nice and made sure I was taken care of. The nurses, Doctor, X ray tech were all amazing. They all truly care about you as a person and not just another number. I can't say enough good things about this office.... read full review
I use the Highlands Watson Clinic and have always had great treatment from my PCP, my dermatologist, the labs and radiology, and physical therapy. They caring compassionate and expert on their fields. They listen and ask questions willingly. Never had to wait very long at all for my appointments or at Express Care. I highly recommend the Highlands Watson Clinic. It's exciting to know they are going to be part of the Orlando Health facility too.So great for South Lakeland and Bartow.
