This is a salon where the customer service is a few steps ahead of you. Want to try something new? Want to feel pampered? want to feel like you’re not in a rush and someone will truly listen to what you’re asking for and deliver? … then this is the place for you! Patricia and her team made me feel so welcome and comfortable, that I actually fell asleep during the shampoo and massage, and aroma therapy treatment. I loved my haircut and felt so taken care of. I highly recommend this salon!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this salon!! I got a facial today from Jackie and I have got to tell you, hands down BEST facial EVER!! I am a bit of a facial snob. I have had facials all over the world and Jackie listened attentively to what I was expecting and then went above and beyond what I needed. She is an absolute gem and I cannot recommend her enough. This salon always pulls out all the stops to make you feel welcome. It is so hard to find great customer service in todays society, but everyone at Venue Salon makes every time feel like an complete experience. Love this place!!

My 1st appointment. Venue Salon is an experience! The service was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and my hairstylist Kayla did a beautiful job. Such an unexpected luxe treat, highly recommend!
