Employed at UIP was my biggest mistake!I worked there for 3 years, working nights and weekends only to get kicked in the pants!The VP will harass you and the first time I was exposed I was going to quit but she talked me out of it. Only to be harassed further!My biggest mistake was not quitting sooner!This company is not open to enhancement, VP thinks she’s running a smooth ship!With my extensive background in Accounting it’s obvious she hasn’t a clue! Was contacted by a former employee from another company that got hired at universal painting corporation who was hired as an area manager who was in need of painter’s and called me up worse decision I made. Company isn’t bad but choice of hiring ppl and putting them in positions they have no idea what they’re doing! But doesn’t stop there racism runs deep.

I work for this company, For about 90 days I got laid off told me it was not no work.The company continue to hire new employees but it’s against the law ,plus when I told the job that I needed money taken out of my check for personal reason that’s when I receive an email saying I was laid off four hours later . I even emailed the owner of the company and I still haven’t gotten a response .
