Very happy with my new primary care physician Karah Parker.
What I do find trying to reach her office by telephone is next to impossible. They offered to put you on call back, but it’s hours before you will get a call back usually in the very late afternoon. Totally unacceptable phone service.!!!!
Great Doctor. If you are ok sitting n a waiting area or an exam room for 30 min to an hour past your appt time. How can your office be consistently 30 minutes to an hour behind at 9 in the morning? I love my Dr, but your Teams customer service skills need help. Your lab is in the middle of a nurse write up area and it is very unprofessional.
This is my primary care doctor and it's always super clean and professional. They take great pride in being the best in the business. I read some of the negative reviews and I completely disagree.
