South Lakeland branch on South Fl Ave My sister Maria and I have been going here for years to fill our eyeglass prescription. The staff has always been so helpful and kind. Yesterday we arrived and I realized I forgot our prescriptions at home. Megan was a big help to both of us. She went above and beyond and was so patient. My eye doctor is faxing prescription. Megan took our measurements and all our info is in the computer, so we don't have to go back until we pick up our glasses. As 2 senior women, with health issues, my sister Maria uses a walker and I use a cane, it means so much to us to be treated so kindly. In years past we have often dealt with Ivania who was also very helpful every year. we will continue going to the South Lakeland branch, the staff is amazing. I had my comprehensive exam today at the Winter Haven, FL location. It could not have been any better. I did not have to wait long. person doing all the various testing was knowledgeable and very caring. I had the doctor up on a television screen. she explained everything about my eyes and my prescription to me and answered all my questions . Another assistant helped with me picking out the frames and then explaining everything about my insurance and pricing. I highly recommended
