I’ve been using Springer Brothers for years, and they handle just about everything for me. They service my rental properties, clean and install mini-splits, perform my semi-annual A/C maintenance, and take care of any service calls that come up.
The owner, Derek, and Nate are good friends of mine, and they’ll bend over backwards to take care of their customers. But I especially want to recognize their sales manager, Chad Greatorex.

My wife and I had an issue with the AC late at night. Frank Gay came out and quotes almost $3,000 for a very simple fix and tried to convince us just to get a new unit. We ended up calling around and are so glad we did. Michael was fantastic, helped us greatly, and saved us a ton of money. Great company, good morals, and very fair pricing. Will definitely recommend in the future.
Skylar came by to do maintenance and found things where if I didn’t get them addressed it would’ve cost me more in the future. Very informative friendly and overall excellent. I’ve never had an issue with Springer Bros. Highly recommend!
