Today we had our scheduled service on our AC unit and we had requested a technician who could talk to us about some questions we had regarding possible updates we needed. Randy and I were very happy this could not only be accommodated but after meeting with Skylar we were very happy with the results. I appreciated his knowledge, options, extra time to ensure our needs were being met and giving us recommendations. We ended up with the recommended upgrades and a good discussion on our next steps over the life of this unit. Technician ***************************** went over our system with a "fine tooth comb". He discovered a duct issue and we now have an ionize system in place to "clean" the air, WE are so grateful for his diligence while performing his job! I will always ask for ******!

This was the best experience I’ve had with A/C company. Chad was the sales person and he went the extra mile to check everything out including pictures of ductwork and compressor to insure that the correct size of the compressor and ductwork was installed. Logan and his crew arrived on time to install a new system. The removal of the old system including the ductwork was completed in a timely manner. The installation of the new equipment was completed in a few hours. New ductwork and mechanical equipment was installed including a dual electrical disconnect for maintenance new programmable thermostat.
