Payne Air Conditioning & Heating is a company known for its honesty and fair pricing. Customers consistently praise their technicians for being professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Recently, Danny completed a yearly service and impressed a customer with his education and attention to detail, taking pictures of every step and explaining them thoroughly. Another customer received quick service during a heat wave when they needed their HVAC system replaced. The sales team offered four options, and the customer chose the Carrier Performance 4 ton unit, which provided significant benefits, including a federal tax credit and a TECO rebate. This new unit excels in humidity control, energy efficiency, and noise reduction, maintaining a comfortable environment in their home.
Additionally, Felix responded promptly to an urgent call and worked diligently on a challenging AC system. He took the time to ensure the system worked like new and clearly explained all options to the customer. Payne's commitment to customer satisfaction and affordable services has earned them positive reviews and repeat business, making them a highly recommended choice for HVAC needs.
I highly recommend Payne Air Conditioning & Heating for your HVAC repairs and maintenance. Technician Roberto Garcia arrived on time and did a thorough evaluation of the system. He clearly explained everything that was needed and went to work. Roberto was polite and professional throughout the service call. Will definitely call them again when there’s a problem.
Great people to work with and they sell a quality product along with quality workmanship. On time. Fair pricing. Polite and professional. Justin and Carsen, along with the office team, has made getting our A/C upgraded a stress free experience.
The crew that came to my home today were amazing. They were all very polite, kind, and professional. They even sang a song to my dog who wouldn't stop barking as they worked. It was fantastic! Thank you all so much for your hard work.
