Jonathon came to our home for our a/c unit that was blowing hot air. He found where an air plenum had fallen down, the strap that was used busted. He replaced the strap and got the plenum back on and advised that plenum was too small for the three way box. He provided pictures of what the plenum looked like before he reattached as well as the box it's attached to. This unit is not even a year old and was installed by a different company we're so glad we found One Hour. They are our new go to A/C company. Update 5/25/26: it’s Memorial Day and the humidity in my house was 80%! Moez from One Hour came out, found the problem and fixed it. Humidity is 58% (was 80%) and dropping.
