Probably the worst pedicure I ever had. Not friendly, and everything from the steamed towels to the hot stone were not used for a minute each. Did not file my nails and left them uneven. Did not clean up any cuticle at all! Also, left polish on my skin. There were three of us and we all three felt the same way. Don't waste your money. I gave them each a $5 tip which none of them deserved, and she was not grateful and questioned it?

My last trip down here I stopped in. Sooooo glad I did. Great atmosphere, clean and the staff was really great. My pedicure was wonderful and I went home a happy girl. Thank you for the great experience.

Yall know I had to come thru with my first nail salon review in Lakeland Florida. First let me start by saying the appointment went smoothly David was nice and accommodating and did my pedicure. I came in the shop looking like I just drove on of the Flinstones cars with my feet there ok and maybe I'm expecting a bit much. I would have liked for my pedicure to be much better than what it was. I could still see all of stuff under my cuticles and on my heels. I think he could have done a much better job at the pedicure overall. If I do decide to give them another try I will let them know that I would be willing to pay for a better pedicure ?

I love this place! Hei is amazing! His acrylics stay for so long! Never had one pick up at the top or anything! Just a great place!!!!!

Everyone Friendly except guy by register bad attitude so I really did not even want him to my nails but the owner sat me in his seat...all of a sudden he comes up to desk all hostile at me to move out his chair. First off I didn't ask to sit here but no reason for his attitude so I'm trying tell him I was told to sit here by now the owner walks up and the rude guy claiming he has an appointment I need to move. Now the time I sat over an hour, I was there, and he took ZERO APPOINTMENTS, only chilling in the back pedicure chairs, eating and talking to his coworkers then comes to his desk and starts playing on his device. Soon after an elderly lady walks in he ask to help her and begins working on her...meantime yes I'm still here cause my tech doing 2 people whole time he doing nothing so he obviously just didn't want me in his chair which I don't care to spend my money with people like this anyway, but whole issue was unprofessional, and Unnecessary.

I like rose nails and I have had my pedicure done by almost every one that works there, but I like Amy she takes her time and massage my legs and feet and I feel so good when I leave. Five stars and hats off to Mrs. Amy☺️Service: Pedicure
