I had to unexpectedly change my daughters appt two times, Optical Outlets 98 N. were amazing at rescheduling at a timely manner, we were seen on time which is a plus for me since I have a very active toddler. Dr. DeSoto Was amazing with my daughter, very engaging. Picking glasses was a breeze with Luis help, he very kindly explained what my daughter needed. 10/10 would recommend and continue to use them for our vision needs.
My daughter had an appt at 11:15 am and they were nice enough to take her earlier. Overall my 5 year old daughter had an amazing experience and she cant wait to come back. Everyone was super friendly! John was awesome!
Luis R was great! Friendly, made everything easier, explaned everything great and all my choosing options. He was also very patient while I was choosing my frames! Hahaha Thank you!
