I had cataract surgery on both eyes and premium lenses inserted. I have a macular pucker in my left eye, but even with that, Dr Mulvaney was able to get my vision back to 20/25 in that eye and 20/20 in the other eye. I have not seen this well since my teenage years. He and his staff is caring and knowledgeable, explained everything each step of the way, the surgical procedure was far less frightening than I imagined and I felt like the staff truly cared about me. The post op care is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Mulvaney and Central Florida Eye Associates of Lakeland. Highly recommend. And thank you for giving me my sight back!

The Dr came highly recommended which, after talking to many friends who had cataract surgery here, I chose this clinic and Dr. I found the office staff and the Dr very personable and friendly. Dr took great care in explaining the process, what to expect, answered my many questions and reassured my fears of having eye surgery. He explained that based on my choice of lenses (near or far) and the cost difference outside of my insurance coverage, I may need to get a pair of readers after the procedure, which was fine with me.
