Dr. Byrd is excellent! She's been taking care of my daughter for almost a year, and her awesome listening skills and expert advice have been a game-changer. It's so cool having a doctor you can chat with about anything, especially mental health, and you just know you're getting top-notch care. Huge thanks to Dr. Byrd for making sure my daughter is doing awesome – we appreciate her a ton! ?? ?
Rebekah irmler was rude! She asked me when was my last period and I said I don't know, she said "when the teacher asks you a question, do you say I don't know?" I said "wow the sas. " Then she said "do you try your best in school?" So I said "do you try your best not to be sassy with patients?" Then she hung up. That's all she said, it was a one minute call. We didn't talk about anything important. Then, she had the audacity to call my dad and gossip about me. Psychologists can't be sassy with patients. It's unprofessional, and you never really know what someone is going through. What if that was my last straw?
