OnDeck AC provides air conditioning services, emergency AC repair, AC repair, AC installation, ductless mini splits, AC maintenance, heating services, heating repair, heat pumps, furnaces, air duct cleaning, air duct change-out services, air duct repair, and HVAC services for property managers to the Lakeland, FL area. OnDeck AC has been a blessing and a gift from God. Each knowledgeable staff member was courteous and professional, and they took the time to listen and address specific needs, provide explanation, and educate. A yearly maintenance plan is very affordable. The staff is very knowledgeable and checks everything out for worry-free running. Service was provided in less than 30 minutes after the call, and the technician was informative, professional, and honest. OnDeck did a great job working with a roofing crew, removing and re-installing the a/c on the roof, and even did a free assessment of the unit. Staff are very reliable and very knowledgeable of their work.
We had On Deck A/C come service our A/C unit, and Andreas was the technician. He arrived on time, was very well-mannered, and extremely professional throughout the visit.
Braden, one of the owners, also stopped by, and we discussed a yearly maintenance plan along with some additional work I’ve been considering. Their pricing is very competitive, and combined with their professionalism, it was a no-brainer to move forward with them.

I sign up for a yearly maintenance plan that was very affordable. This is the second time that I’ve used this company. They are very knowledgeable and check everything out so I can run worry free.
