Lilley A/C installed my air conditioner in my new home in 2020. I needed my Make, Model, and Serial numbers of the unit, so I could be reimbursed for a service call. I received a telephone call from Lilley this afternoon. Chelsea immediately found and provided me the information needed. She is very professional. Five stars for Lilley Air Conditioning and their super tech JR! I needed someone on short notice, and they delivered. JR did a fabulous job checking my equipment and went above and beyond by educating me on how to maintain my home's air temperature, proper filtering, and types of air vents among other things. Top notch service. JR was great, very friendly. He took care of my issue quickly and made sure the house was cooling properly before leaving. He even called later in the afternoon clo check in that everything was still good. Thanks JR!!
