Lilley A/C installed my air conditioner in my new home in 2020. I needed my Make, Model, and Serial numbers of the unit, so I could be reimbursed for a service call. I received a telephone call from Lilley this afternoon. Chelsea immediately found and provided me the information needed. She is very professional. As a former trainer of Customer Service, I feel Chelsea's customer service is second to none.

Every year we have maintenance done on our AC unit. James is very thorough, walks us through and answers any questions we have, respectful and takes pride in the service he provides. Thank you James!!

Our A/C unit was constantly running but not making the house cooler. The tech/repairman James was polite, knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He was able to give me the advice I needed without being condescending. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about James, but I'll finish with this: LILLEY is a better company because of him!
