I carried Trauma for over a decade and I never Knew how to face it, I finally decided to seek help, and thank god I found Lisa. Lisa has been nothing short of amazing, she legitimately cares for her patients and goes above and beyond for us. I owe So much of my continued success to her and Julie in the villages. They have done the opposite for my mental health... Cancelling my appointments the day of or the 2nd time their providers running 15+ mins late for virtual appointments without any communication. Then they have the audacity to attempt to charge me $100 no show fee for their provider's tardiness! My time hasn't been valued twice now. Communication is incredibly poor from all aspects! Terrible location... Terrible nurse practitioner. Shame on you, you're supposed to be helping people.

I truly love this office. I have worked with my counselor for several years and she is exceptional. I’ve also had the privilege of receiving TMS from this team with great success. Kenzie is also amazing!
