I am having problems getting a prescription filled. Optum Rx and I have both contacted you and we have not received a response and I am almost out of one of my prescriptions! I have one (1) tablet left so it is important that someone get in tough with Optum RX or myself!! How do I get this problem resolved?!

I recently was seen by an ENT (Elaina George). I can't say enough good things about my experience with her. I have been suffering medically and psychologically due to how worried I've been aboit my very concerning debilitating symptoms. I have seen other Dr's and a previous ENT without the resolution of getting to the root of the problem as well as the care. It didn't take her long as she was equipped and very knowledgeable not just because she is a specialist but her intelligence is admirable and encouraging. I recommend her to all! So far all staff has been very friendly and helpful. Labs were done immediately upon request. They called and made arrangements for different consultations with different specialists. I didn't have to wait in a line or on the phone to try to get help. Communication has been fantastic.
