I don't know who Kara or Cara is that brought a friend with her. Have to see a picture of. I also don't know if I'm friends with her on Facebook, because I don't look Facebook that often. Regardless, she still gave a great review toward the end. I only use Ms.Elaine for my pedicures. I use Ms Stacy for my hair, and I use Ms Elaine for my feet. They both have different hours, usually Ms Stacie use Tuesday to check her messages. No more 911 calls!! No more before 9 am calls. If you know that for certain, please call so time want be wasted. The reason this is because of cancellations (no show). Please show some courtesy (last minute). Bottom line: treat everyone with respect, no matter if you're black or all the colors in between. Don't become a KAREN or ACT ENTITLED.

I went to my hair stylist today. Ms Stacie took very special care of me, since I kind of messed up my curly perm by dyeing it myself a couple of months ago. I gave her a big hug & great tip.

I have certainly learned my lesson by not listening to her previously.

The Greatest Hair Salon in Polk County!! I have been a client for 30 yrs!!! I am not aware of any displeased clients in all this time!!! The Owners and Operators are still at FULL ATTENTION!!! I LOVE MY HAIR SALON: GO KATHLEEN HAIR DESIGNS!!!
