I have used John K9 2 times for boarding and a few daycare days and have been overall pleased. If any concerns or issues you feel as a pet owner, John makes you feel valued and heard to help figure out what any issues may have been. I had a few minor hiccups and John was quick to reach out via personal phone call and we got it all resolved. My pup is always so excited to get there and seems to enjoy himself based on the photos I receive when he is boarded. Their hours are great for pick up and drop offs as well. Just started training with John K9. We absolutely love our trainer and our furbaby is already a different dog, after only two sessions. We are looking forward to her future training.
All we can say is Thank you, thank you and thank you to the John K9 team. We have2 bully rescue brother and sister that were a bit of a mess with fear based issues. The patience, understanding and guidance by the John K9 crew had gotten these pups to listen like champs and act reasonable in public places. We can't thank John and his K9 crew enough. You all are Dog AMAZING! Thank you!
