To say we're extremely pleased is a vast understatement. Michael is the definition of efficiency, professionalism, and he's a very caring guy. Took every step in making sure nothing was overlooked. Not even our six spoiled cats had a bad word (which is a first!). Michael was very polite and on time. He got all the stains up. I walked into the room and was shocked to not see the stain from my dog anymore. Very impressed. Would definitely recommend his service to others.
Our carpets were in rough shape after our tenants, who had both pets and kids, moved out. We hired this company for shampooing, and we're amazed at the transformation. They truly made the carpets look brand new again, which we didn't think was possible. Fantastic job!
