I have tried for 6 months to get help with taxes. Three meetings with Jeff and I just get ignored after. It is terrible the way I have been treated. Each time being told I would have my taxes worked on in a week and I never get a return phone call, even to let me know they are not going to follow through. The very least they could tell you they are too busy or don't want to work with you instead of making you feel like they are going to help and then never respond. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Took eight months to file with them. Urgency is not a priority of theirs.
