Jim has been doing my taxes for ten yrs. I had gone to one of those chains for three yrs. Jim caught mistakes and was able to retrieve a refund. Jim is very up to date and knowledgeable on all tax laws. I have friends that come from Tampa for Mr. Allen's services.
I called and left a message for Mr. Allen, he returned my call in a timely manner. I had a question regarding my taxes which he answered over the phone, although I have never used his services. With the service he already provided I will contact him in January to have my taxes done.
