This company is a scam and a fraud. As I wrote them an email claiming what they do with the money paid because there are no common areas here, they began the revenge of sending me letters for things that I don't even do, for which I have chosen from today, putting a security camera in front of the house and start a legal investigation into these burglars.Here are several things that are in total disorder. A community wall has been down for over 6 months. An area in front of the mailboxes that used to look like a lake is now a dumpsite for garbage and boxes. AIA provides us with invaluable guidance. Prop Management is a tough job, and their professionalism is a breath of fresh air in an otherwise sour field. All correspondences (good and bad), requests, and questions are promptly handled.

Refused my reasonable accommodation request under ADA to use a table while reviewing association records (stack of approximately 700 sheets of paper). Had two witnesses with me. Property management representative turned a chair around and said, “you can use this chair”. After three hours of straining and being hunched over, I was in severe pain from my spine disorder.
