We have been working with AIA for the last 10 years. Ravi Solanki became our management representative several years ago and it was the beginning of a fantastic professional relationship. He is knowledgeable and always responsive. He attends every meeting and quickly handles any tasks we leave in his hands. AIA works diligently for our community and has continued to be an effective liaison between our board, the residents, our attorney, our vendors and the state of Florida. Thank you again.
I have had an excellent experience working with this HOA management team. As a real estate agent, getting accurate and timely information from an association can make a huge difference when assisting buyers and sellers, and they have been incredibly helpful.
Ravi has responded promptly to my questions, provided the information and documents available, and, when something was outside of the department, made sure I had the correct contact information for the person who could help. Ravi has been professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely willing to assist every step of the way.
