This place is amazing. I got Botox as a gift for my wife. As it was her first time she was anxious and scared. Cindy sat down with us and made my wife feel comfortable. She is a very nice woman and I appreciate how she went above and beyond to help us. Then we went to Amanda for the actual treatment. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all one million of my wife’s questions. She did a great job and my wife is extremely happy with results. We will be back and I would recommend this location to anyone. This Lakeland Ideal image location has the most friendliest staff. Cindy has always been extremely helpful in explaining all the services they can offer. Amanda provides compassion in all she does. I promise if you visit this location you will absolutely be hooked. The office is extremely clean and always smells amazing. Thank you Lakeland staff for all you do!
