We had several issues with the finished work from a previous contractor. The grout and metal trim in our master shower were not installed correctly, and Grout Getters came out quickly to assess the problem.
They provided a fair estimate and were able to correct the issues caused by the previous contractor. They also repaired a few hollow tiles in another bathroom.
Overall, we were very happy with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. 10/10 recommend Grout Getters!

Not only did he come in with the lowest quote, he showed up on time, communicated every step of the way, and paused the job mid-work when he spotted another issue — and didn’t charge us the full amount because of it. I needed some special work done. I have a split level in the first and second floor in my house are solid, red brick the problem Was it was covered up sometime the mid 1960s with tar paper and tile and then carpeted after that . So the end result, after pulling up, the tile was a black tarp floor as much of the tar paper had absorbed into the tile and concrete and mastic. I reached out to Grout gutters on a referral from a friend of mine where they just clean the grout in his house and did a fine job.
