My experience with Flooring Outlet was excellent. From the owner,
Jeremy, to the installers was seamless. Jeremy took his time to make sure we got the flooring we wanted and even though a part of the order wasn't available, he pull strings to get all the product we needed. Their was a mix up on the installation date and Lee, the owner of Those Floor Guys (installers) brought in extra guys to get the job done on the date promised and it was an excellent job. I can't say enough about this company.

This place is great. I went into the showroom thinking I had narrowed down what I wanted. A quick conversation with Jeremy and I realize how much I was missing. It took me a few showroom visits including chats with Jeremy before I was able to pick out a floor. The flooring material (laminate), vapor barrier, and baseboard were priced right on target for me. My order was in stock faster than I expected (under 2 weeks).
Those Floor Guys did the install. A 3-man team completed the whole job in a day; old floor (carpet) and baseboard removed, floor prep, and new floor and baseboard installed. It was about 550 sqft in total. I was very impressed.... read full review

We just got our house retiled with The Flooring Outlet Center. The first step was getting the guys out to measure the total square footage. They were out within days of the inquiry and gave the pricing needed during the quote so we knew exactly what was needed. Then picking out the tile was easy. Jeremy let us take tile samples home for however long we needed so we could pick the exact tile we wanted. After ordering the tile he allowed us to keep it in the warehouse for as long as we needed due to the volatility of our jobs.
