I’ve been going to this vet for a couple of years now. I have never had a problem. But ever since a new doctor took over and some new people have been hired. I’m not too sure about this place anymore. I took my cat in to have her nails clipped and they took her in the back room and said they’d be right back. Normally they have me sit there with her and help hold her and comfort her. I heard a girl in the background say that cat just peed all over the carrier so I asked the girl who clipped the nails what she was talking about and I asked her if it was my cat that had peed, and she said yes, and she said a real quietly, like she was embarrassed, or didn’t want to say it too loudly as though she would offend the person who had made the comment. And the comment was made very rudely there was no help or you know can we give you some towels or do anything to help me with the situation. They just put it right back into the pee container and when I took her home, she had actually defecated all over as well. All over getting her nails done. She’s nine years old and this has never happened before why she was being taken into some back room is beyond me as well is that so they can cover Up any roughness that may occur that they don’t want the customers to see? Not sure and I can’t prove it, but I have a really good gut feeling about things most of the time and I didn’t have a good feeling today about taking my cat here. It made me feel awful. So I asked the lady what I was supposed to do about all this pee and she said well you can buy the spray online so I went up to the front desk and I noticed that they had some kind of a spray there and I said is that the same thing you know that I could use and one of the older ladies said no that’s for grooming a pet. But when I came home and looked it up, it was the same thing that I was gonna order on Amazon and I could’ve just taken it home with me from there, but they were too busy talking about their vacations and who is gonna be there when and not even caring or paying attention to me, and I actually felt uncomfortable from the beginning when I walked in to be quite honest everyone was talking and I felt like I was bothering everyone when I walked in. Never has that happened there before. I’m very unhappy and I’m not going to give very good reviews or tell people to go there ever again. Something pretty tried to have happened to my cat for her to pee and defecate all over herself and why did they have to whisper about it? They weren’t even going to tell me, except for the fact that I asked because I overheard the whisper how unprofessional. All I was doing was having her nails clipped unbelievable

Brought my little kitten that was sick, they got us in pretty quick and everyone was very nice ! The Dr. was great ! My kitten is much better now. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Friendly, caring and courteous service. I could tell my pup was in good hands. The team was very knowledgeable and informative. They were on time for her appointment.
Previously, my pup was in dire need of emergency surgery and they caught the issue immediately upon arrival. They gave me the referral that saved her life. I will always bring her to them moving forward.

Dr Lee and his staff are absolutely amazing. They are the nicest, gentlest, most honest vet around. He treats both the animal and the human in a way because he is so caring and takes time to answer questions that come up but also truly loves the animals as if they were his own. 10/10 would recommend Dr Lee and his staff.

I've been bringing both of my dogs here for at least two years now. Everytime I come in, there's never a wait, the staff are always happy, kind, fun, knowledgeable, and efficient. Dr. Lee is never in a hurry, always answers my questions, and is just an all around wonderful veterinarian! I'm always pleased with how they take care of my fur babies!
