I went to this spa yesterday with my mom, everything was honestly a 10/10 experience, everyone was very friendly, from the receptionist to the massage therapist, it was clean, the waiting room was relaxing, I absolutely loved the experience and will be coming back <3

I had an appointment today for brow lamination and tint with Erica. She was absolutely AMAZING. My eyebrows look so natural. I will be back.

I’ve tried giving this location several chances over the years, but after my experience with the Deluxe Hydrafacial, I won't be returning. Despite paying double the price of a standard facial and receiving verbal confirmation that all pores would be thoroughly cleared, the results were non-existent. The aesthetician only spot-treated certain areas, completely ignoring my nose. When I got home, I was able to perform my own extractions with ease, proving that the treatment didn't actually deep-clean as promised. Deeply disappointed by the lack of thoroughness for such an expensive service.

I had a massage and facial done for my birthday! The receptionist Scotty, (I believe) was absolutely amazing super sweet and made me feel extra welcomed! my massage therapist, Renee was the best massage I’ve ever had in my life. She has magic hands lol. Erica did my facial and she was amazing! Definitely cannot wait to come back.

My sister and I had been planning this trip for almost 4 or so months. We booked our spa day back in November. I picked a couple’s booking so we could do the whole day together. I selected a full body massage, manicures, pedicures, and 2 facials.
The original price after the deposit was 345, I paid the deposit online of 145, came out of my account, all settled. I’ve attached a picture of the screenshot I took after making the booking. I called to ensure that it was a couples booking and that price was for 2 of everything. I should have emailed or just not gone. The receptionist didn’t clarify that it was two separate bookings for the manicure and pedicure. She instead tells me the price is 600. I’m confused and brush it off assuming it will be clarified the day of.
Then comes the day of. They say there’s been an adjustment of price, I’m confused asking for some clarity but she says we would pay at the end. Fair enough, we settled in and waited. The massage had no issue. Then we went to get the facials. My sister got the ice and fire while I got the dermabrasion. Then after the facial, we went back for manicures and pedicures. I meet with my sister and note the red splotches on her face beginning to form and assume it’s still sensitive from the facial and follow the tech back to where the manicure or pedicure will happen. Come to find out they didn’t clarify that the bookings were separate and not together on that. So we only got Pedicures having only paid for “one” each. Because of the mishap on their end and lack of clarification there was no manicure. Go to the check out and I ask for an itemized receipt, she copies off the computer to show me.
In my own mind I was thinking “this all adds up to 490” and not the correct 345. Asking for clarity she says all of the treatments add to 600. Which once again as shown but the photo is not true. We pay 490 and left, about an hour earlier than planned because of the missing services. We head out and in better lighting I can see where they left some of her facial mask on her face and do the best we can to wipe the face mask off. The red bumps are more prominent now.
Later that night my sister’s face begins to really itch, the red bumps persist, and her face felt tight after washing it. My sister does not have acne on her cheeks, she has small breakouts at her temple and forehead but not her cheeks. These red little bumps on her face are reminiscent of an allergic reaction but inconsistent. This same reaction was repeated tonight, her face itching and the bumps came back.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are shady and underhanded. Please spare yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

Shaylynn was amazing. She worked my knots into submission. She was quiet,calming, and made the most of the time we had. The staff was friendly and the facility was clean and nicely decorated.

My 1 star rating is not to DayDreams Spa itself but rather my esthetician that I had today at the Lakeland location. I did a “40” minute express facial which started late and ended early. For the price paid, cutting the facial short was extremely disappointing. In addition to this, when I asked to product advice, the response I got was “I’m not sure because I don’t know your skin but you can try different products out”. I thought the point of this job was to look at my skin and recommend products based on my skin type? When she finally did look at my skin- she said, and I quote “Oh wow you have a lot of acne going on. I’ve never seen anything like this”. As a 21 year old dealing with acne (or anyone) this was horrible to hear. I am so disappointed with everything about this facial from the start to the end. The esthetician I had last time was super sweet but I honestly don’t know if I’ll return to this spa after this experience.

Victoria was an amazing massage therapist, I would definitely go back! She listens and perfectly executes exactly what you ask for.

Prince is an amazing masseuse. I left my massage feeling completely relaxed and will be back to book with him again.

I had a wonderful time here celebrating my birthday with a Swedish couples massage, both my husband and I really enjoyed! It was both of ours first massage and this place definitely felt top tier! Warm welcome, relaxing atmosphere, caring and attentive staff. Katie & Calin were wonderful and the complimentary mimosa was a great touch! We’ll definitely be back and I can’t wait to try other services.
