I have used Creel several times and have been very satisfied. I called yesterday to schedule maintenance and Mike came to complete the job. He arrived just before the scheduled time and was very professional. He made sure my A/C was working fine before leaving.

This week, we had water leaking from the air handler above the front bedrooms causing soft, wet spots in the ceilings. Ouch!
No problem!! Soon after we called it in, Jerry and Mike arrived to save the day. Yay!!!
They listened carefully to our rants and quickly got up there to discover and assess the specific problem, devise a solution, and get to work fixing it. Within a short time, they finished, explained what they'd done, and answered any questions we asked.
