When we bought our home, the previous owners shared they had a water softener system installed by Aquias. We’ve lived in the home 5 years and we continue to contact Aquias for our maintenance and servicing needs. While I’ve not personally met George, we have talked on the phone numerous times and he is always very patient in answering any questions. Will is our service tech and is a great representative for Aquias - always taking time to answer any questions, as well as seeking solutions should we pose any concerns. He goes above and beyond! I highly recommend Aquias.
This company is fantastic. We bought a home with a filtration system previously installed by them and had never had a well before. They came and serviced our system and it is back to working absolutely perfectly. We didn’t know it needed yearly service but now we will have them out every year and will buy all future systems from them. Great customer service and knowledgeable and kind staff!
