American Care Medical Center is a great place for seniors, described as a wonderful and caring facility. The staff is consistently noted as friendly, helpful, amazing, and professional, forming a great team and a big family. Employees are very amiable and go above and beyond, showing genuine care and empathy. The center provides fun and engaging activities like bingo, dominoes, and cards, which are a great way to keep seniors active, happy, and with positive vibes. This fosters a strong sense of community and good health among the residents. The medical care receives high praise, with patients expressing love for their doctor, who is amazing, professional, and always takes care of them. The nursing staff is empathetic, sweet, and has very good communication. Support services are also excellent, including a very organized and timely pharmacy, a caring and communicative social worker who helps with appointments, and helpful drivers. Additional services like hair cuts and nail care are also appreciated. Overall, patients feel very satisfied, well taken care of, and count on the wonderful people at this facility.
My personal opinion is this place is a great place for the seniors have a wonderful staff and they always happy and making sure you’re taking care of. They have activities that all the seniors get together and have an awesome time playing bingo, dominoes, cards and many other things an is a great way to maintain them active and with positive vibes and good health. From front desk to the center manager Ivone they all are a great team and a big family to everyone that comes to the facility God Bless you all American Care Family!
I cannot speak highly enough about Raciel Diaz, the incredible conductor at American Care for elderly people. Raciel has truly transformed the lives of the residents with his boundless energy, creativity, and genuine care. He consistently goes above and beyond to create fun and engaging activities that not only entertain but also bring the group closer together. His dedication has fostered a sense of community and love among the residents that is simply heartwarming to witness. I want to say that the persons at this facility are very friendly and helpful and Olga is a very wonderful person that we can count on and Dr Alfonzo and his staffing team is very wonderful and we can count on them I live every one here at Home care
