AI Management has been incredibly helpful in managing our community affairs. Our manager is honest, efficient, communicative and we appreciate him very much! We recognize this is hard job as you have to constantly manage people’s expectations and personalities.

I am very very surprised by some of the reviews I saw here - as my experience with AIA was nothing but top notch and excellent service. For reference I was President of my HOA in Mulberry - and we did have a poor management company when I took over. One of the first actions I took was to find a new/better management company. After reviewing many options, I was most impressed with the fact that AIA intentionally do not overload their Property Managers - as I understand they try to ensure that no one property manager has more than 12 associations to deal with at any one time - which ensures - as an HOA Board - that you will be given appropriate time by your manager to properly... read full review
